How do I cancel my subscription in the Eative app?

First, we are sad to see you go! ? Your happiness is very important to us, and we're sorry if we didn't meet your expectations. We hope that you check back soon as we do have a few exciting changes in the pipeline. 


If you have decided to cancel your subscription, for now, follow these 6 quick and easy steps below. Once your subscription is canceled, you will receive a confirmation email. The cancellation of your subscription ends all future transactions, therefore there will be no additional charges and you will not be billed again. You will have access to your plan for the remaining subscription period.


If you downloaded the Eative app but did not purchase it from App or Play Store, follow these steps below: 


1- First, open your Eative app on your mobile device. 


2- Log in to your member area, as per below. Use the email associated with your account and insert the password that you created during the signup.


If you do not remember the email you used or your password, please get in touch with us at info@eative.com, or chat with us (you will find the chat from the Profile-> Customer Support-> Chat with us-> click on the arrow), so we can help you!

3- Once you Login to your app, go to the Profile button  at the down-right corner of the page:

4- In the Profile, select Customer Support:

5- On the Customer Support page, select Delete Account:

6- Confirm if you would like to proceed with deleting the app:

7- If you decided to continue, please give us your feedback as we love to hear from our customers. 


8- Perhaps we were able to change your mind? ?️ If wish to proceed with the cancellation, select "No, I want to cancel my subscription" 


9- Your subscription has been canceled! If you're having second thoughts already, no worries! You can resubscribe now or at any other time. 


10- Look for the subscription cancellation confirmation email in your inbox from info@eative.com
