I forgot my password

Sometimes it's hard to keep track of all your passwords!?

If you can't remember your password, here are some steps to reset it:

1. Use the Forgot your password? link on your Eative login page. 

2. Make sure you use the email address you used to sign up with.

3. An email with further instructions will be sent to your email address. 

Don't forget to check your email's Spam folder just in case our letter ended up there.

Once you have changed the password according to the instructions, you will be able to log into your account again!
