How do I cancel my subscription if I purchased the Eative app from App or Play Store?

App Store purchase: 

If you have subscribed to Eative from the App Store, you can manage your subscriptions in your Apple device.

Here is how you can do it on your iPhone or iPad: 

1- Open your device Settings and make sure you're logged into your Apple account

2- Tap on your name 

3- Tap on Subscriptions 

4- Tap the Subscription. 

5- Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Google Play Store purchase: 

If you have subscribed to Eative from the Google Play Store, you can manage your subscriptions on your Google Account. 

Here is how you can do it on your Android device: 

1- On your Android phone or tablet, open your device's Settings app  Google  Manage your Google Account.

2- At the top, tap Payments & subscriptions.

3- Tap Manage purchases, Manage subscriptions, or Manage reservations.
