Is there a specific time to eat my meals?

There's no specific meal schedule. Each individual's daily routine is different, but this would be a great example:


  •  Breakfast: 9 AM 
  •  Lunch: 1-2 PM
  •  Snack: 5 PM
  •  Dinner: 8-9 PM


*You can adjust accordingly to fit your schedule.
