Will I find recipes under 20g of carbs in this meal plan?

Good question! Our plans are low-carb moderate - so the daily dose of carbs is between 20-50g


We chose this modality of low-carb because it is one that provides the same benefits as strict keto but also avoids/reduces the risk of common side effects from it.  


 


Please, also note that the carbs shown in your recipes are TOTAL CARBS, not NET CARBS. You may wonder what is the difference between the two, so here’s the basic formula:


Net carbohydrates = total carbohydrates – fiber – sugar alcohols (if applicable).


When we say “fiber” we mean insoluble fiber and soluble fiber.
